1. GET A VISION FROM GOD
A vision inspires action.  It inspires individuals and organizations to commit, to persist and to give their best.
A vision helps keep organizations and groups focused.

VISION IS THE GOD’S PRESENCE, PLANS AND POWER OVER OBSTACLES
WHEN YOU HAVE VISION FROM GOD, THERE ARE STILL RISK,
SECURITY IS NOT THE ABSENCE OF DANGER BUT THE PRESENCE OF GOD.

- In order to learn and grow, you will have to ask questions – a lot of questions. No one was born having the answer to everything. It’s okay not to know, so don’t be afraid to ask questions.
